Thorlo Karapiro Marathon HERE

The swim course is one of the only fresh open water swim courses in New Zealand. Set on Lake Karāpiro, Huub Swim Karāpiro takes place in a setting to marvel about. The perfect start of the Long Course Weekend. The course starts and finishes in the Karāpiro Rowing Clubs Boat Ramp and right in front of the Sir Don Rowlands Centre. Set in a lake, the course offers no strong currents or waves and allows spectators to cheer on athletes from the lake’s banks, delivering world-class viewing points for all spectators and an unrivalled atmosphere for athletes coming up the finishers shoot
